The Bible is our guide to understanding men and their willingness and ability based on how Jesus and the disciples handled each group.

Can we can achieve greater results by understanding what motivates men and how we can teach them the skill sets needed to improve on their commitment to Christ? Yes!

Motivation (Willingness)- One of the Most Important Tasks Men of God has in their skill set toolbox. Motivation is getting others to do something because they want to do it. Motivation is about cultivating human capital. The challenge lies not in the work itself, but in you, the person who creates and manages the work environment. The Power of Motivation’s Success comes through people. If you understand what motivates people, you have at your command the most powerful tool for dealing with them to get them to achieve extraordinary results. Becoming a Motivational Leader To become a motivational leader, you start with motivating yourself. You motivate yourself with a Vision and you move toward its realization, you motivate others to work with you to fulfill that vision.

What motivates one individual does not necessarily motivate another. To turn people on you must first find out what is important to them and what they really want, then show them how to get it.

Design discipleship around motivating factors. I am not supporting paying people, that’s ridiculous, but Winning Souls, that’s motivating!

Equipping the Saints

Ephesians 4:11-13 – And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

Christ First

Living out the life God created man to live out. God created man with a purpose - be fruitful, multiply, subdue and have dominion over… “To Tend and Keep It”.
